Retention
We retain contact and registration information for as long as needed to deliver programs, satisfy tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Inquiry emails may be retained in secure mailboxes with access restricted to authorized staff. When retention periods end, we delete or anonymize records using procedures appropriate to our systems. Backup copies may persist for a limited technical window before overwriting.
Data we collect
We collect information you submit through forms, such as name, email address, company, and message content. If you register for training, we may collect professional details needed for attendance certificates or venue access lists. Technical logs may include IP address, user agent, and timestamp for security monitoring. Analytics cookies are used only if you opt in through the consent layer.
Third parties
We may rely on service providers for email delivery, document signing, or learning operations. Providers are selected for reasonable security practices and are contractually required to process data only on our instructions where applicable. If data is transferred outside Korea, we implement safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms when required. We do not sell personal information.
How we use data
Data is used to respond to inquiries, manage registrations, improve curricula based on aggregated feedback, and comply with law. We may send operational messages about schedule changes. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in. Automated decision-making that produces legal effects is not used for public registrations described on this site.
